Client: Hunter Water Corporation
This contract involves the upgrade to Branxton 3 Wastewater Pump Station (WWPS) which includes:
- Upgrading Branxton 3 WWPS to 200L/s [limited to 111L/s until when the Branxton Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) is upgraded], with 2 x submersible pumps with VSD control in a duty / standby configuration in the existing wet well.
- The upgrade requires the modification to existing structures, valves, discharge pipework, and power supply, and provision of new switchboard / telemetry located in a switchroom.
- Constructing a new sewermain system between Branxton 3 WWPS and the existing Access Chamber F2273. This includes new sewermains of DN375 and DN600, and a new DN1050 online emergency storage sewermain.
- Constructing part of a new DN300 DICL rising main.
Decommissioning the existing sewermain downstream of the existing Access Chamber F2273.
