- Ensure that all resources are readily available to meet the clients’ requirements;
- Use inductions, toolbox meetings and consultative forums with our employees and our client to communicate important information regarding contract projects;
- Ensure the company’s future by working profitably and within the Company’s Budget;
- Work with all our clients in an ethical and legal manner with written contracts;
- Deliver our projects to clients on time and on budget to the satisfaction of both clients & company guidelines;
- Maintain a documentation system as evidence that all works have been constructed in accordance with the contract specified requirements;
- Use professional advice where necessary to ensure that our company satisfies the legal requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety; Environmental Protection Acts; and other legislation or legal requirements covering the projects we work on;
- Set business performance measures and regularly analyse performance data in an effort to continually improve;
- Maintainm our membership of the Civil Contractors Federation of Australia and be certified to the Civil Constrcution Management Code;
- Comply with relevant state government procurement guidelines for the construction industry;
- Ensure that the Integrated Management System is understood and applied throughout the organisation, and that it is reviewed for continuing suitability;
- Annually reviw our Company Policy & Objectives for suitability to meet current business circumstances.
Our Objectives are to:
- Ensure that all personnel in our organisation realise the importance of meeting the clients needs as well as the regulatory requirements;
- Increase our profit by reducing rework and minimising waste in all processes;
- Ensure a stable and happy workforce by providing suitable training and maintaining plant & equipment in an excellent condition;
- Provide the highest level of quality in the work as specified within the contract;
- Have zero workplace notifiable incidents and zero injuries to all involved on the projects;
- Maintain or improve our cooperation with the client, to ensure future work for our Company;
- Ensure our Suppliers and Subcontractors operate with the same objectives in mind;
- Strive for continued improvement of service delivery through measurement of waste and rework and reviews of the management system;
- Ensure that our integrated management system enables us to meet our commitment to Quality, OHS & Environmental management;
- Ensure that all personnel realise the importance of the company environmental procedures and strive to maintain & improve them;
- Through the actions of all management & staff ensure that clients and the public are aware of our commitment to environmental matters.
We achieve our Policies and Objectives by having suitably trained, competent and committed staff and contractors who know and understand the company objectives and operations of our Integrated Management System.
